We carry the GOJO line of products exclusively and private Bluestream brand to complete the basket of our products.
Designation – Area Sales Manager
Job Description - This position is responsible for increasing the sales of the organisation by implementing the sales plans of the organisation, collecting competitor data and giving a feedback to the management about the same, appointing regional distributors for the different segments and meeting the targets assigned to him by his Supervisor. (A detailed Job Description Form will be generated for further clarity in the Orientation Phase)

- For taking the market development efforts in institutional segment for the complete product range
- For increasing avenues of business generation for the company.
- For appointing regional distributors for the different segments as per the company policy as per the region allocated by the management to you from time to time.
- For supporting the distributor sales team to increase their sales.
- For any other responsibilities assigned to him by his Supervisor for promoting the business of the Company.
- Establish good relations with the customers
Additional Responsibility
- To participate in organizations strategic planning process & work to achieve the targets assigned to the department,
- To Timely update yourself by training & assessment with available tools like myGOJO, savvy seller etc.
- To learn about the company Quality Systems (SQS) & incorporate direct procedures in the day to day activity.Also participate in the Continuous Improvement projects of the department.
